Copyright & Content Licensing

1. Ownership
Copyright in submitted works (video, script, music, etc.) remains with creators / teams unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Licence to the Association
When you consent during registration and pass review, you grant the Association a:
- Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
- Licence to display and promote works for hackathon judging, event marketing, library showcases, event pages, achievement permalinks, and live photo galleries.
The licence does not cover unrelated commercial resale without separate written agreement.
3. AI tools
Declare generative AI tools used in registration. You must ensure outputs and inputs do not infringe third-party rights and comply with tool terms.
4. Music and assets
Embedded music, fonts, and assets must be original, licensed, or under permissive open licences. Claims arising from unlicensed use are borne by participants.
5. Withdrawal of display
You may request limits on future public display where permitted; historical archives, jury records, or lawful third-party references may not be fully removable.
6. Third-party embeds
The Platform may embed third-party players or links; respective owners remain responsible for their content.
